David began his career in real estate working with residential investors all over Central Florida and also successfully rehabbing several properties of his own. He has also worked with both domestic and foreign buyers on acquiring large tracts of vacation rental properties from builders in Orlando’s growing tourism corridor. Most recently he has been focused on many different facets of commercial real estate including leasing, investment sales, and tenant representation.
